24-Hour Prayer Shifts

Get connected through prayer--sign up for a prayer shift.

Several prayer shifts in our 24-hour prayer ministry need to be filled.  If you are part of the POA family and can assist us by praying a shift in our prayer room at the POA, please contact Jeff and Beckie Wilson by one of the following ways:
(1) Email them by clicking here (please include your name, phone number, and which shift you can fill, such as "midnight until 3:00 am on the 2nd Sunday of each month")
(2) Call them at 318.445.2788
(3) Print out the signup form (click here to download), fill it out, then turn it in at the church office.

The following prayer shifts need permanent members.  If you are unable to pray the entire shift, times can be adjusted to fit your schedule.  (We ask that shifts scheduled between midnight and 6:00 am be filled by men.)

● 3:00 am - 6:00 am 2^nd & 4^th Friday

● 6:00 am - 9:00 am 4^th & 5^th Sunday
● 6:00 am - 9:00 am 2^nd & 4^th Tuesday
● 6:00 am - 9:00 am 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, & 5^th Friday

● 7:30 am - 9:00 am 4^th & 5^th Tuesday

● 9:00 am - Noon 1^st, 3^rd, 4^th, & 5^th Monday
