POA KIDS, for children in Grades K-5, is bringing Jesus to kids each Wednesday night at 7:00 pm in the Children's Wing (located upstairs in the GAMC).  The POA KIDS staff is led by Melani Shock, assisted by Chris Hebron, and features a team of workers excited about children's ministry and dedicated to investing in our children.

POA KIDS employs a comprehensive program that focuses on reinforcing simple Biblical principles and presenting ideas in kid-friendly ways that are easy to understand and remember. Worship Services, held in the POA Kid's Sanctuary,  are musical, media-driven, and creative, featuring high-energy praise songs, worship, skits, puppets, the Big Message, and much more. Children are able to share their prayer requests or praise reports via the Ask God/Thank God forms, which they pray over as a group. They also practice learning and reciting the Big Word, a Bible verse that accompanies the lessons.

If you have children in grades K-5, please make sure they don't miss out on POA KIDS each Wednesday night! Doors open at 6:30 pm. All children should enter through the rear entrance of the Family Life Center. From there, they continue to the check-in station where children will receive their name badge, necessary for their entrance to the Children's Wing upstairs (a sky bridge connects the Family Life Center to the POA KIDS Wing, which is located upstairs in the G. A. Mangun Center). All children must be picked up from the Family Life Center as church is over. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to ensure the safety of our POA KIDS!
