Orientation introduces the basic concepts and principles of Christian living to new members, stimulates spiritual growth, and provides assistance in finding spiritual direction.

Ministry Training empowers God's people to find their personal and corporate ministry and to function effectively in the body of Christ to reach the world.

The mission of the Visitor Follow-Up ministry is to follow up on each person who visits the POA and to show the love, care, and concern of the church in order to win that person to Jesus.

New Friends Fellowship provides a meeting with a special meal for new converts to meet existing church members.

The Record Keepers/Baptistry department records information helpful in follow-up for those who pray at the altar and provides a caring, helpful environment for those being baptized.
