Campus Operations

The first impression of the church is a visual one that begins when guests arrive on the grounds.  Before the first word is spoken, a message is being sent.  The Campus Operations department is in place to make sure that message is positive.

Workers in the Campus Operations department are responsible for the general care and upkeep of the building and grounds.  This includes maintenance of the buildings, care of the parking lots, and landscaping of the grounds.  In addition, the coordinator of this department is responsible for decorating the church and setting up rooms.

Duties are distributed and assigned to the staff depending on the need and function of the campus.  The buildings and grounds are maintained to ensure proper operation for functions such as weddings, funerals, conferences, dramas, and any scheduled events.  In the event of any major decisions or repairs, the division leader is contacted for further instructions.
